There is no middle layer. You work with the people who build the work. We answer our own email, we open our own pull requests, and we’re both on the call.

We don’t have process. We have habits. Here’s how a job goes, start to ship.

We talk through what you’re making, what’s in the way, and whether we’re the right team. If we’re not, we’ll say so on the call.

A small commitment.

Two weeks. Working prototype. Clear scope and price. If it’s not working for either of us at the end, we both walk. No second invoice, no hard feelings.

The build.

Both of us in the repo. No handoffs. No middle layer. No account manager standing between you and the code.

Shipped, then kept alive.

We don’t disappear at launch. Weekly, monthly, retainer, on call. Whatever the product needs.
